Another fix that was needed after our first two campouts, was a place to put garbage. Hanging a Wal-Mart bag off a curtain rod just wasn't classy enough for the "new" me. The multi-shelved bedside cabinet was the chosen spot, but a couple of the shelves had to go. Gary had to destroy the shelves to get them out, then do some wood patching and painting of the areas where they were. The all-important upper shelf remained, and there was plenty of room for a medium-sized garbage can. Problem solved.
